Access is limited to authorized members, flat owners, and administrative users approved by the society.
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials, OTP access, and devices secure.
Users must provide accurate data and must not misuse the application, interfere with service operation, or upload unlawful content.
Documents and request messages submitted by users may be reviewed by authorized admins for society processing, compliance, and audit trails.
We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or operational downtime may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplifyTech.in is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform usage.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of updated terms.
